Here's how managers can empower their employees to say thanks to other members of their team or department. Give each employee one voucher a month good for soda or coffee at the company cafeteria. They can use these to give "on the spot" thanks to a fellow team member who helped them out.

BUILDING CONFIDENCE
Make Every Outfit Your Favorite

Spring is here and it's time to do some spring wardrobe cleaning. This is the time of the year when many people pack away their winter clothes and bring out their spring and summer fashions.
Before you pack away your winter clothes, go through them and set aside those clothes you haven't worn in the past two years.
Next, take out your spring and summer clothes, and set aside those clothes you haven't worn for two years. In addition, weed out the clothes that you might have worn but that you don't particularly like. Only put those clothes back in your closet that you enjoy wearing.
Take all the clothes you have set aside and give them to charity. Needy people will enjoy wearing them, and you will feel good about doing a good deed. Now your closet will have room for new clothes, and you can reward yourself for your cleaning efforts by going shopping.
The best part is that from now on every time you open your closet you will see your favorite clothes.
