MORALE BOOSTER OF THE WEEK
On The Spot Rewards
-------------------------------------------------------
Instant rewards have great impact. Here's
an idea that will create excitement and motivation.
Create a poster featuring a large spotted
dog.
Make the spots separately, and tape them on the dog so they can be peeled
off. Under each spot write a reward such as:
One hour off.
Tickets to the movies.
VIP parking for the month.
When you see one of your employees doing
something special, tell him or her to choose a spot on the poster and
receive a reward.

CREATING CONFIDENCE
Love Comes In All Shapes and Sizes

"I LOVE MY NEW DRESS!"
"I LOVE TO DANCE!"
"I LOVE YOU!"
We use the word LOVE often.
However, love is an ambiguous word. Love means different things to different
people.
In a romantic situation people
can fall in and out of love. However, love for your children never ends.
You can also love objects such as your new car or your home. Finally,
you can love what you do. You can love your job, your hobby or an activity.
WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION
OF LOVE?
One definition of love is - a strong emotional attachment to someone,
something, or to an activity that gives you great pleasure.
On a sheet of paper write your
definition of love. Then draw three columns and title them PEOPLE, THINGS,
ACTIVITIES.
Then in each column list the
people, things and activities that you love.
You can take this one step
further and put a *star* next to the ones you love the MOST.
Share your "Love List" with the people you love.
