your self-confidence. One way is to make someone else feel good because
it creates a positive flow of energy between two people. 1. Write a letter of encouragement to a friend. 2. Bring a bouquet of flowers to someone who is ill. 3. Give the grocery store checker a $1.00 tip. 4. Offer to take those who cannot drive to a doctor's appointment, grocery store, or church. 5. Offer to take care of your neighbor's children for a few hours to give the mom some time to herself. 6. Pay the toll fee for the car behind you. 7. Bake cookies for a friend. 8. Mow your neighbor's lawn. 9. Write a letter of congratulations to someone who has worked hard. 10. Prepare dinner for someone who is unable to get out of the house. 11.
