I met a lady recently named Fan Benno-Caris who said that she "Race Walks (walking as fast as you can without running.) That alone is an accomplishment and I was impressed. However what she added inspired me. She said, "I didn't start race walking until I was 70 years old. I'm now 84 and compete in races. I can't wait until next year when I'm 85 and I'll be in a new race category. She is thin, spry and happy which goes to prove that when you take care of yourself, you can stay young in spirit all your life. Her accomplishments inspired me. I got up extra early this morning and went for a 30 minute walk. It was fun, and I felt energized. I'm planning on making that a habit thanks to Fan. ------------------------------------------------------- ANSWER TO THIS WEEK'S TRIVIA QUESTION ------------------------------------------------------- Q.
