This is a month to appreciate the contributions of the employees who work from home or who travel and rarely if ever come to the office.

Activity ideas:

• Include telecommuters in on the day to day happenings at the office with a company blog.

• Set up a regular conference call with 3 or 4 employees at the beginning or the end of the day so that they can feel connected to what’s going on at the office..

• If they live in the same city, but work from home, invite them to any luncheons or office activities.
