Motivational Moments Month

This is a month to use a free minute or two to lift your spirits and those of your co-workers.

Activity ideas:

• Start or end a meeting with a motivational quote, story or poem.

• Display motivational quotes on the walls of your office. (Print them from the 101 Captivating Motivational Quotes eBook.)

• Create a Humor Notebook for your department. Whenever you see a funny cartoon or joke, put it in the notebook. Encourage your co-workers to contribute. When anyone is feeling down, they can reach for the Humor Notebook, and enjoy a few minutes of fun and laughter.
